For each chapter there are two recordings: a brief centering session and a longer guided visualization.
To optimize your mindfulness journey, it is recommended that you read a chapter, download and enjoy the matched mindfulness recordings, then return to your book and journal on some or all of the questions for that chapter.
To download, click on the button. When the playback appears,
click on the three vertical dots that are on the right and this will open the download option.
