Here's What to Expect:

Each session will begin with an update on what has happened since our last conversation. 
A 20-30 min. hypnosis session focused on a specific goal. 
Practice exercises for supporting changes created within sessions. 

Most people find hypnosis sessions to be comforting and calming. You will notice small, positive changes after your sessions. Keep a note pad and jot them down as they occur and review them when you go to bed at night or when you get up in the morning. 

Sessions will be more effective if you are in a quiet, comfortable setting. If needed, place a do not disturb sign on your door so that you can give yourself fully to the session.
